Body Impressions - What are They?

It is important for all customers to understand that minor body impressions in the surface of the mattress are perfectly normal. No mattress currently made in the U.S. will remain perfectly flat on the surface forever. The softer body conforming surface of today's very comfortable mattresses are designed to follow the individual contour of each persons shape; which will cause a slight comfort wrinkle or surface impressions to the top layer of the mattress. These impressions of less than one inch are considered normal.

In the very unlikely event that the impressions becomes greater than one inch during the 10 year warranty period, the mattress will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.
