COMFORT WARRANTY

Best Mattress is fully committed to making sure our customers are comfortable on their new bed. If during the first 30 days a customer feels his or her bed is too soft or too firm and does not fit their body properly, they may choose to have Best Mattress make a comfort adjustment to their new mattress.

This is how it works. During the first 30 days the customer can call or email to describe their concerns about comfort of their new bed. Once notified Best Mattress will call to discuss the client's needs and determine how much firmer/softer to adjust the mattress. Best Mattress will schedule an appointment time to pick up and return the mattress. Note over 90% of clients in the Metro Columbia area will receive their mattress back the same day.

The fee for comfort adjustment of the existing mattress is $99.95 - $225.00 depending on model and size. Columbia Metro area pick up and delivery is no charge. Customers outside the Metro Columbia area will be required to transport the mattress to our factory or we can recommend a shipping service that charges a fee based on mileage. Customers who have a pickup truck and are willing to drop off and pick up their mattress will be able to have the comfort adjustment fee reduced or eliminated completely depending on the model adjusted.

Comfort Warranty - Model Change

Changing to a More Expensive Model
Should one of our customers decide in the first 30 days to change to a more expensive model the customer would simply pay the retail price difference plus a delivery and exchange fee of $99.00 - $199.00.

Changing to a Less Expensive Model
Should one of our customers decide at their own choosing to downgrade (this rarely happens) to a less expensive model then the customer does not receive any refund of the price difference. We will however make the re-delivery and exchange without a delivery fee if it is in the Columbia Metro area.
